How long will it take to translate my document?

For simple documents of 200 words or less, I can provide you a scanned version of your translation within 72 hours, and post a printed copy to your nominated address.

Can I get a quote for my translation?

Yes! Free, no obligation quotes for all jobs are available upon request.

Is it a problem if I don´t live in Sydney?

Of course not! My clients are based all over Australia, and in other countries as well.

I can work from a scanned or electronic version of your document and can send printed copies of the translation to you via Express Post.

Do you translate documents from English to Spanish?

I can translate English documents into Spanish, although these translations cannot be done with a NAATI accreditation.

What are the payment terms?

Full prepayment is required for translations where the estimated total cost is less than $200.

For larger assignments, we require a deposit of at least 50% of the estimated total cost.

Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer or via Paypal.

What is the NAATI accreditation?

NAATI is the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters. NAATI grants accreditation to translators that meet the required standards in terms of skill, ability and knowledge of the ethical standards of the profession.

Typically it is necessary that documents used for official purposes in Australia (such as immigration and legal process) are translated by a NAATI accredited translator.

You can find out more visiting the NAATI website.
